It is possible to make a booking through telephone or by e-mail.
While making a booking by e-mail please, provide us with:
• your name or the name of the company,
• the exact dates of staying,
• the number of people informing about the age of children,
• the phone number.
The confirmation of booking is possible only after transfering 30% of the price (or other amount of money – negotiable)on the bank account of SASANKA.

VAT invoice is send for the guest's request.
The deposit should be transferred within 2 business days from the date of making a booking (if not arranged in a different way).
Lack of the deposit on time causes the booking void.
In case of resignation of coming over in booked term, the deposit is not paid back and the price for the staying in SASANKA is not changed.
It is possible to change the booking date, which was previously confirmed with the deposit, only once by contacting the manager minimum 21 days before planned reservation..
The booking without the deposit is valid till 8:00pm (if not arranged in a different way).
Check in shall be done from 3:00pm and check-out shall be done till 11:00am (the hours can be fixed due to personal needs of our clients)
